I'm getting a bit pissed off with this England set up. Picking players based on reputation and/or if your face fits. Too common in English cricket. Need to be way more aggressive and ambitious in selection. Deservedly beaten tonight.

Genuinely, we will be. There's a decent chance Scotland beat the other two teams in the group and make the other super 8 place.

Which I'd struggle to see as anything other than both hilarious and totally deserved on England's showing so far.

I don't think Buttler is a strong captain. That said, T20 is a bit of a lottery anyway. If England did go out it would made more of than need be. A defeat to Australia is hardly shameful.

They lost in the power play and by not reading the wicket. I'd put that as more an on field issue. The line up was decent enough.

I'd say we have them to thank for booting us out the 2015 World Cup. All changed from there.

Although we could just as easily thank all the other teams who horribly humiliated us in that world cup.

At least we managed to beat and finish above Scotland in that tournament.
