Can someone shoot that commentator, please
Really? You need to set up your own forum with Swanny20 (twenty) off the over and with that goes Englands chances.
ExactlyMy issue with it was that if Reiffel had given that not out because he assumed he'd hit it, there is no way he can say "oh he didn't hit it, in which case I'll give him out". He's basically stayed in because of umpire's call on the line, but I'm not convinced the line was what Reiffel had thought was the issue.
Tensions are running quite high, maybe leave the WUM stuff at the door? This is a huge score on a used wicket in the pressure cooker of a semi final. Well played Kohli and India.
White noise. On ignore now.Tensions are running quite high, maybe leave the WUM stuff at the door?
I think it's probably a par score. If England can get off to a good start it'll allow them to negotiate India's spinners in the middle overs. All to play for. Game on!
I agree but as Bumble always says, bowl it straight and full, you miss I hit. Not many of the last few over would have hit the stumps. The risk of swinging the bat and getting out is reduced to being caught only.Bit of criticism on England's bowlers - but there was some good balls there that Hardik still got away - you sometimes have to put your hand up to some excellent batting.
I don't think they bowled badly at all. There were a few balls that went to the boundary that were excellent deliveries, like the Hardik shot that was wide on the off-side and he still sliced it through the gulley area. Superb shot, that, and you can't really bowl safely to a quality batsman when he's seeing the ball like that.Bit of criticism on England's bowlers - but there was some good balls there that Hardik still got away - you sometimes have to put your hand up to some excellent batting.
