I wouldnt rate anyone because they have been picked for England after all, some idiot picked Geoff Thomas for England and another England coach thought Glen Hoddle and then Mat Le Tiss a "luxury". Players always tend to play better when there is quality around them. As was said on the commentary regarding Ince's passing to O'Grady and then Tex, if they have confidence in the players around them it will help them up their own game.
