Swearing at other fans

Absolute shambles in the middle on the north in front of the screen on Saturday. That bloke "The Judge" decided to appear and start abusing fellow fans for not joining in.

Is it really necessary, especially in front of a number of kids?

**** in a puffer jacket is his name

The judge? What kind of twunt calls themselves that? If he was the guy stood just in front of the big screen he came across as an absolute tit. No problem with swearing but why have a go at other fans cos they don't wanna sing go left go left.

If a parent was worried about their child hearing swearwords then they probably wouldn't take them to football and sit them in the stand designated for people who want to drink, sing and be loud.

Is it true that Paul Barber is opening a transvestite section next season in the North stand for fans who want to eat, drink and be Mary?

I did have a giggle at QPR

QPR for reasons only known to themselves had placed on the bog wall a promotion type thing in removable/adjustable letters. Some charlie had rearranged the sentence to form various rude words including CANT (but not with an A)

Little jonny approx 5 years old whilst washing his hands noticed this, his jaw dropped, then he covered his mouth with his hands and he turned anxiously to his dad.

Im fairly convinced he meant to shout in alarm "daddy daddy someone has drawn the C word on the wall" but what actually came out very loudly was "daddy daddy someone has drawn the CANT word on the wall"

His dads face was a picture as was little jonnys as he realised exactly what he had said.

Never read any Shakespeare or Chaucer then...because swearing belongs in every century, it's part and parcel of everyday language. And furthermore anyone who says that swearing shows a lack of education is also wrong. Some of the brightest people I've known can swear for England.

I will admit there's a time and a place for swearing and at a football match is DEFINITELY one of those places. Christ on a bike, people moaning about swearing at a football match...God save me from what this world is becoming.

This, for ****'s sake

That tit was abusing fans under the police box at the Birmingham game. We had words and most of the people around me were pissed off with him too. The people he was abusing sang all the old songs but were not interested in his new euro trash Celtic/palace stuff. That got him running in the red zone and it sounds like yesterday was a replay.

It was the way he was addressing people as if he's some sort of authority

No, no it isn't. Unfortunately bad language seems more and more prevalent at football matches, and in society in general for that matter. I don't like it personally, although the odd cuss escapes my lips when I get angry or frustrated, (happened quite a lot yesterday)!

The one word I really can't abide in any circumstgances, is the four letter one beginning with a c.

And as you say, if there are children around, all swearing is a no no.

Sorry guys but you really cannot have it all ways. There are many other places to sit in the ground, including the family area in the east if you want to ensure a lack of profanity, but people with kids choose to sit in the 'home end'. This is the so called singing end, historically where the more boisterous elements of our support tend to congregate. People need to take responsibility for THEIR choice of ticket location, and not try to impose their behavioural expectations upon others who have paid far more for their ticket than the parents of the kids have paid for their children's tickets.

So it's my fault some knobs rocks up 3 games a season and tells everyone around him they are a "bunch of pricks" for not singing? I expect swearing at football but not towards our own fans FFS

If you think he only turns up 3 times a season it shows how little you actually know about our supporters. Oh, and it was you who brought up the reference to children.
