Does anyone else fo thier own predictions as well? It says that Chris currently has a 49% success rate which is slightly better than his guests. It shows that my predictions are at 53% do slightly better than himy

Yes the BBC app is showing Chris 99/188 = 50%. I am strangely showing 105/199 = 53% games. Looks like they have not added the fan Cup games to Chris's 188 total games predicted, although have added mine as I have 199 game predictions. Skews the figures.

Oh no. Oh no no no no no. No ?

Brighton v Bournemouth

Bournemouth signed a few players in January and I already like the look of Dango Ouattara, who set up a goal in his debut for the Cherries when they drew with Nottingham Forest last time out.

It looks like they are going to have a go at staying up but whether that works out or not will depend on how quickly those new faces gel.

I don't see them getting anything here, for starters, because of how good we know Brighton are. I love watching them under Roberto de Zerbi and I can only see a Seagulls victory here.

Sutton's prediction: 3-0

Schak's prediction: Brighton are on a great run at the moment. 3-1
I echo your thoughts, Dazzer. Plus, form goes out the window, no?

Meanwhile...

'They [Arsenal] still played pretty well at Etihad Stadium though and I think they have had a really good window - signing Jorginho, Cedric Trossard and Jakub Kiwior to strengthen their squad for their title push.'

I think the BBC just takes the prediction with the highest number of votes from 'you' (the reader) and enters that as the chosen result (by all readers) and keeps track of that every week.

It's telling me I have a prediction rate of 53% too (105/199) and I've only ever entered my predictions twice

Never heard of him, but WTF??

Chris Ostler's prediction: Grimsby's win over Southampton was amazing - you love to see that kind of shock, unless you are on the wrong end of it. But I am a Brighton boy, born and bred, so they are my second team behind Spurs.

Who are Black Honey and if he's a Brighton boy why does he support Spurs?
I’m sure I saw them support Royal Blood at the Ally Pally a few years ago. Can’t remember if they were any good though.

I think he said in the article that his entire family are Spurs - clearly he should’ve been stronger willed growing up in Brighton. But then if the same applied to my daughters growing up in Bedfordshire they’d have ended up as Luton fans, rather than the magnificent Brighton fans that they are today.
