What is the umpires signal for that? It's not one I've ever had to do.

Hmmm... There are a few from memory, not entirely sure which is the helmet penalty. One of them is holding one arm up with five extended digits. There is also a tap on the left (or right) shoulder. One of them refers to the batting team and one for the fielding team.

When is a fielding team awarded five runs?
