Right lads. Will be there all 4 days ..assuming it lasts that long as Sussex reduce Surrey to a quivering wreck of a team. Being an OAP don't have to worry about getting time off work except getting a 4 day pass from the missus. Look forward to drinks at lunch time but please lads don't sing too loud after lunch. I need my sleep! Good match for Adams to show some form and trust the pitch is ready for Mushy.:drink:

The weather looks good for the rest of the week.

Not too sunny on friday so we won't burn and a delightful 22 degrees.

Mahmood Returns! (Bollocks)

Sussex are sweating on the fitness of Tim Ambrose ahead of their Frizzell County Championship clash with Surrey at Hove.

Ambrose is undergoing intensive physio on the knee injury which kept him out of the game against Nottinghamshire and will undergo a fitness test before director of cricket Peter Moores names his side.

Shaun Rashid is still not ready to return due to a stress fracture of his left ankle, while Kevin Innes is sidelined due to a groin strain.

Pace bowler Jason Lewry will be out until the end of August due to a side strain.

Leaders Surrey welcome back all-rounders Azhar Mahmood and Adam Hollioake after groin and back injuries respectively.

Alec Stewart and Mark Butcher are again on international duty for England.

I'll be there all day on Thursday. Anyone going that day? I might pop in for a couple of hours for the Wednesday. I saw the forecast for Friday and it looks a bit dodgy. Still, forcasts aren't always right.

I see Key has been called up as a standby player for the Lords test match! Bollocks to that get Thorpe back in the side, he's far better and also means Surrey will be minus they're best batsman!

Just found out my boss is having her leaving do on friday. Its a toss up between flying back at about 5 or forgetting her and staying. It might have to be decided on the day but at the moment i'm leaning towards staying.

Definitely score dependant.

f*** it, she's only been my boss for 7 months and has a live in boyfriend so no chance of goodbye shag, he'll probably be there too.

Cricket wins:drink:
