Giddins ?
2 more test players. Ted Dexter and Jim Parks
Giddins ?
You can see it coming.
Good bowling in their first innings, pretty good batting in our first innings with a healthy lead.
Kent get a lead of two hundred and skittle us out.
Precisely this - unfortunately so predictable. Kent get a massive second innings total and cue Mr Stevens who then goes through our batting in half a day.

Here's a challenge for you: pick a team of players who were in a England test team and who were born in Sussex. It's possible to pick a proper team, with regular openers, opening bowlers, keeper and spinners. There are at least 14 players who qualify, maybe a couple more (I haven't checked all birthplaces yet). It's not in the mists of time either, I've seen eight of the 14 play
EDIT. There are 16 who qualify but some are back in the mists of time
Don't forget John Snow.
Ken Suttle (before my time).
Yep, you obviously have a copy of the script. We are doomed to collapse. You can see it coming.

Yes. John Snow took PE at Woodingdean, don't know if he took any other subjects though. He was my school teacher back in early 60's at Woodingdean Primary and Junior School.
Played for Sussex during season, and before he was playoing for England, he was a supply teacher during the winter months.

Jon SnowStill haven’t forgiven the prick for what he did in the final season of GOT.
You missed out Salisbury and Panesar (but Adams wasn't playing for Sussex when he was capped)
Snow and Greig played together many times but didn't open the bowling together
The last time (and I think only time) that Sussex provided both opening bowlers was in 1929 when Arthur Gilligan and Maurice Tate did the honours
Mason Crane can be one of the spinners.
Alan Oakman played for England
