I thought Liddle looked great tonight, 4 wickets and only 20 odd runs. Also Yardy and Rory got a wicket a piece for 28 runs.

Our batting display was a disgrace, they should have played Yassir with more caution.

How many run outs have we had this season, must be a record amount. Lets hope normal service will resume on Sunday.

My first 20/20 game of the season (I don't pay to get in though). I'm AMAZED by just how far Sussex have fallen. There is literally NOTHING good about that team. The bowling is so poor it's beyond description. No bowler on show tonight seemed able to stem the flow of runs, and no wickets were taken due to good deliveries, just Kent going for it and getting out. Liddle was the best of a poor bunch in my opinion. On the batting side the two big hitters (Prior and Dwayne) are probably ok usually, but a combined return of 3 runs didn't give me much evidence to go on. As for the rest, well it just seemed to me that our tail starts at number 5. Unbelievable! That isn't even without delving into the mess that is our 'fielding.' Christ there's so much ineptitude and so many players not up to the job I feel like I've just been to an albion match.

Bit harsh as we did bowl them out for 160 odd and took our catches. Beer and Yardy weren't too expensive and neither was Liddle and D Smith just had 1 expensive over. Granted Kirtley was and has been absolutely shite this 2020. Yardy looked good at the top of the order as he can find the gaps when the field is up for the powerplay. It wasn't really our strongest line up anyway and we were already out so they didn't really have anything to play for.
And Trigger what have you got against Yasir, he played really well for us only to be told he wasn't needed anymore!
