I was one of them. Weird being in a just built Amex at the time, what a constrast to 'quaint' Withdean.

Not knowing that the club had built a new pathway parallel to the railway line, quite a few of us after parking up in Coldean, walked along the A27 verge to the Amex, with vehicles thundering by.
