I don’t know the specifics, but there was a game that was delayed to such an extent that the semi finals were drawn before a second round game had been played, or similar. So probably that. It was a bit confusing and I don’t know if all the games were played in the end, but there would have to have been quite a few in a short period of time.

The delays in early round games were shocking. It also meant that Worthing had to play two games on consecutive days - a NLS game followed by semi final of Sussex Cup next evening. They played a 'weakened' game in the cup game which ended up going to pens against Hastings.
