Sussex Day - 16th June. Is anyone celebrating this?

Not really sure what it is, but the Martlets flag has been raised and its supposed to be a celebratory day of the county of Sussex

Not seen anything about it anywhere, or know what its about

Do any of the good people of NSC "celebrate" this? It sounds like it should be a big deal, but seemingly it's not.
I'm going to Middlesex vs Sussex at Lords, but thats about as far as it goes.

"Sussex Day" is nothing but a desperate attempt by a local authority based in Chichester to wake up the residents of Worthing. As a resident of East Sussex, I ignore it.
