I can access it. BUT I despise the FA systems and websites with a passion. My heart sinks whenever I have to use them
I have to use an FA website every week to record various match statistics for the U14 team that I coach.

My heart sings with joy whenever we have a game postponed, purely because it means I don’t have to invest any of my Saturday evening navigating the utter disaster of a user experience that is FA Fulltime, all the while slowly losing the will to live.

Just search for Sussex fa first (or enter the url direct)
I appreciate the effort but....

I am in a live chat with Cox (my internet provider). The Live Agent assisting me is Furqan (I didn't ask if their surname was "Hell").

It isn't going well.

I’m pleased to find someone who shares the same pain and I’m sure we’re not the only ones. Apart from the Full Time issues you mention, I’m fed up of doing their online training courses that bomb when you’re an hour into them and you have to start from scratch. The much vaunted Match Day app once decided to send me the entire youth fixtures in England - I thought my phone was going to explode until I shut it down after getting around 150 messages. As far as I can tell there’s no user testing or offer of training before they launch any new system. Shambles.

I had exactly the same thought as you @Change at Barnham and just went and had a word with our IT manager. He tried accessing the site by remoting in from his PC at home and still the same result so it doesn't seem to be a work thing. We all (me at home, work and him at home) all happen to use Cox as our internet provider so I guess it could be something that Cox have changed that is blocking it.

Weird.
So you're saying you've been cox-blocked?

Try accessing using your phone through your WiFi. If that doesn't work, turn off the WiFi on the phone and try through your mobile carrier network. If that doesn't work, it must be a geo-location thing. But you've tried using a VPN and proxy (presumably routing through the UK) and that didn't work, so it makes no sense.

Does your work have any kind of management software installed on your devices?

Have you been able to access it in the past?

Do they still fine the club if you haven't entered the match details by a certain time?

I have vague memories of that being a thing when I was coaching a kids team.

Yes. Yes they do.

They provide you with the world's most unintuitive website that looks, feels and functions like it was built on a broken ZX Spectrum by a GSCE computer studies student during a lunchtime detention and then the fuckers have the temerity to fine the club if the submissions aren't entered by the time of their choosing. Utter shambles and I resent every second of my time I have to spend on their shit systems.
