I think that's fair enough. If we'd had Van Zyl all season and Wells had continued his form from the previous year, I think we'd have got promoted. But look at the plusses: our attack is good (and I think it would be decent in Div 1 too) and Salt has seized his opportunity. Brown had a good season, Haines (in his first decent run) looks very promising and Finch showed flashes of form. The only way is up.
