Despite home advantage and picking from some of the very best ground crew, cabin staff and security teams, the Emirates are slowly subsiding, 77-7

We werent supposed to be playing the cabin crew in the final. However it all got a little bit awkward yesterday

Quite. As reported on their own official website, Lancashire were cheated out of this competition by an umpire forgetting that the true champions of world cricket don't have to play by the same regulations as all the other teams...

"Wayne White was unfortunate not to have had Javed caught at short fine-leg earlier having been harshly pulled up for bowling a second bouncer in the over"

I'm not sure what I am more pleased at. SCCC winning their first trophy of the season, or tin pot LCCC being beaten by a bunch of overweight pilots and some trolley dollys.
Lancashire?

The only threat to their usual FLYING start back home will be the Manchester weather...

Not this year, for some unaccountable reason the true champions were relegated at the end of last season. Guess that the authorities hadn't read the rule book and realised that Lancs are always flying high above the rest of the teams.

Relegated. Oh dear! Will they receive PARACHUTE payments from the ECB?
