We were going to go in the Palmeira post-match like we had for years previous, but saw it was completely dead and also had Arsenal signage on the window so swerved it completely and will not set foot in there again.

Sussex Cricketers however was buzzing, full of Sussex and Albion fans.

We played 11 yesterday and that didn't include Ward, Simpson, McAndrew, Lamb and Currie. Youngsters like Tear and Foreman could also get a game; so we have plenty of players to choose from.

Yes, we've lost four players but other teams lose quite a few more
