What a stupid signing burgess is.
Bang average player at the best of times and particularly slow in t20.
McAndrew in the hutch as burgess dicks around.
And we have at least three wicket keepers.
Alsop was very much a wk batsman at hants.

So in the end, the Smith experiment was a bit of a waste. Few more bums on seats at Hove but playing him over McAndrew cost us some wins.

Not sure you could describe signing one of the best batsmen ever an experiment.
But yes , it was bad for the balance of the team.

It’s not worth investing too much in this team.
Quite a few crap players out there and there isn’t much on the bench.
I think it’s best to enjoy Sussex’s Blast for what is.
