We might as well accept that Archer and Robinson are no longer Sussex players, in the same way that Anderson isn't a Lancashire player and Broad doesn't play for Notts - except for an occasional one off warm up to maintain the illusion that "Team England" haven't pinched them.

We really ought to get transfer fees for both.

I think the counties do get something for producing England players, but I can't remember or find how much it is.

A bit better than that. One good partnership and we are home and hosed And we do have a couple of capable batters to come.
Potts is a quality bowler and Carse and Raine are intimidating though. And they have an experienced spinner.
Sussex collapse, losing by 20 or so, is favourite imo.

If we picked up the singles and twos, the odd boundary, the game was ours.
MacAndrew had a rush of blood to the head after relentless defending - it happens.
FHP was consistently reckless . He had plenty of chances to get his head together. It was as if he was determined to get out of there and make it a close finish. Rubbish.
