Can I TRUST someone to look after Whitehawk ?

I am struggling with Whitehawk



I started with a 3-5-2 but have now switched to 4-4-2 which needs bedding in before it really pays dividends.

Tighe is unsettled but still playing well.

This edited file is so great - so many lower leagues and teams included, makes the game a lot more fun! Shoreham currently sitting pretty at top of the league having triumphed over the mighty Littlehampton in a midweek 6 pointer. Early days though!

There's a moment when it all just clicks.... and that happened three games ago... 17 goals in three games and the key I think is speed. Acceleration and pace seem to give a big advantage at this level.

Still in second because we still draw too many games but after just beating Folkestone from the Isthmian premier 7-2 in the fa trophy we are on a high!

To make this even more realistic, you could manage Worthing FC, get them to the top of the league with a reasonable cushion of points between you and 2nd place, be on the edge of promotion to the highest league you've ever played in …......…... and the game will be declared null and void.

Quiet weekend with the kids at home. Still in the Velocity, four points clear at the top after beating second placed Whyteleafe and knocked out of Fa trophy by Wrexham in first round proper.

Beck and Kirkwood will have to go no matter how good they are.... have to bring the average age down... for next season

I took over East Grinstead and won the Isthmian League South East Division, now I'm sitting mid table in the National League South half way through the season.

The board aren't happy with my financial management, but apart from that the football on display has been met with a smattering of approval.

Managed to sign ex Albion youngster Jack Spong who has added a bit of bite to the midfield.

I dived in to FM20 a few days ago. Currently with Dorking a distant second behind Maidstone who are absolutely rampant.

Doug ****ing Loft scored an extra time pen against us to deny us a crucial win which wound me up.

Just finished and trawling the possible free transfers... let you know what I find... got Ben Clark Eden from the Albion already. but those days on my contract are counting dwon and they haven't come back.

Finally got contract signed but had to take a slight pay cut to get the compensation waived... however got them to pay for my continental C licence so all good. Now to rebuild...

Well it's been a while as havent had much time and its bee a bumpy road. First of all more than half my team wanted to leave when contract ran down and we had a takeover. Only added 20k to the bank but they seem to liked me. On the good side got Cashman and Longman on frees from Brighton... and the other side have a very threadbare squad to keep udner budgets.

How do I get these free transfers from Brighton? Well make sure you have an affiliate with Brighton which includes loans. You can normally get some loans (I got Taimowo and Packham last season) and because you are just down the road if you are chasing a released player of a similar CA/PA then you have a real chance.

The season has started great... only two draws in seven and undefeated but a lot of rumblings already of players wanting to leave. Its seems to be success or bust this season. Longman seems to be better on left side midfield than striker but it's another free, Zach Dronfield who has been the star player so far!

With 13 games to go Whitehawk are sitting top of the Isthmian Premier Division. We were cruising but have hit a run of 5 games without a win. Needing to grab a fluky one to get back on course.

Hey there. Difficult times and not playing as much as I wanted.... just over halfway through season 2.... made the fa cup second round but when knocked out draw after draw after draw... haven't lost but now only one point clear, coming to the end of Jan 21. Five or six unhappy players who wanted to change to better clubs but clubs weren't prepared to pay a penny!

I ended up slipping into the playoffs and losing in the quarter finals. No idea what happened we just went to shit.

Got an improved wage budget this season and have a vastly improved squad. My under 23s seen to be playing more this season too so I can keep my squad fitter more effectively.

Sitting second at the moment, but the team feels much more stable and effective.

Hope everything is okay, one of my kids is really struggling with the whole lock down thing. So angry with the world.

The other two seem to be embracing it. Both autistic to different degrees which might explain it.

Kids havent been out fo the garden in four weeks (14 and 10) and we are about to go into 4-day total lockdown... also working all hours from home so not an easy time. Parents in the UK having little support but ok. Hope you and yours stay healthy

Looks like we'll get promotion but not sure I'll have a team next season as they all don't want to resign. Think they're too good or arent getting enough games ...
