He has shown such loyalty for Palace. The least they can do is give him a fair chance to keep them up. Judge him in May. As previous posters have said, he needs to be given funds (£100m+) in January - he is probably one signing (another Adebayor?) away from getting the job done.

The way Parish operates I would think Pardew is safe until Parish has got an agreement with a suitable replacement, that might just be proving difficult.

If they are getting the return on their investment as expected, they do seem a pair of guys who are not worried by results, going by their home country owned teams.When the return drops (like if they are relegated from the golden goose) then I expect them to re asses their investment.
