Sorry but you've lost me.
Priceless !
I'm trying to work out if you're a big WUM, or genuinely believe this claptrap ?
Having a shiny new stadium doesn't make you a big club, if that's the case, MK Dons are on a par with you.
Burnley's average crowds in 1986 were 3.204.
Burnley's highest average crowds for a season in the last 50 years is a whopping 20.654.
You seemed to find it was funny that a Brighton fan has claimed we're a bigger club.
Any chance you could research what our average crowds have been?
Champions Leicester are skating dangerously close to the bottom 3 also.

Yep MK Dons (the 91st most longstanding club ahead of you) have averaged 26k for the last 4 or 5 seasons. Very true that.
I think it's time to let this one lie now, you've all had a stressful weekend - let's have a breather for the 2 week long international break & forget it eh. Here's to an England victory over Scotland lads
He is a decent poster, however we all view our own club through a filter don't we?It's bizarre. I think a season or 2 in the prem is all that some judge their club by. But hey ho all opinions - I'm cringing at the Burnley fans response though - shame as he's a decent poster usually...
Well you certainly have outperformed us over the six, yes SIX years of your existence. Must be hard to have virtually no history.Oh, it's because you get bigger crowds than Burnley and Palace ?
There's me thinking it was about history and league placings over the years ?
My apologies .

So you're measuring size of club on attendances and historical attendances, alright then.
What happened just 18 years ago? http://www.european-football-statistics.co.uk/attn.htm
Or do you think that it's pretty silly to pick out a season when a club is at it's lowest ebb?
Priceless !

Had there been a level playing field over the past twenty years, then I suspect that may have been different. I will, give you credit on your last promotion, you were pretty dreadful for half that season but you somehow came through. Can you answer this question though? Why did your average attendance go up about 10000 when you were promoted? I'm particularly interested in your answer as many of your fans highlight our increased attendances at the Amex and accuse our fans of being plastic. Given that over 20000 Brighton fans were registered at Withdean, it is no surprise that we have many season ticket holders, which make up most of our attendance. Given that we are now in our 6th season at the Amex and our crowds are obviously here to stay (first season syndrome lol), why is your club unable to attract the missing ten thousand when you are not in the top flight? Our other 2 clubs outperformed you as well
A club with no history over the last 50 years and pathetic lower league attendances shows the true size of a club. Did you know that when we played in the bottom tier of English football, we managed an average crowd of 17.907?
Does Newcastle's current average crowds in the Championship suggest what a big club they really are? or do you now believe Burnley are bigger than them too?
