Interesting. I like the caption that says "at the American Express Stadium in Brighton, where Sodexo tries out new ways of serving food and drink to football fans".

New ways like slowly, badly and inefficiently.

To be fair, they're claiming credit for the Beer Wall and "Amazon style" shop, which do feel like a step forward. It's just the bit where any humans are involved that seems to fall down, in the cheap seats anyway.
