Hello, just had 3 of the 4 tickets i booked for B-muff away through the post. Mine and my two boys ones have arrived but the one for my Pal hasn't. Is it likely they have sent it direct to him? That is cool if they have, saves me dicking about and meeting up before the game as we will travel separably.

Tried to call the club, get a message saying supporters line is down temporarly. So, i emailed the club and got an auto response, it said supporters services will get back to me within 5 days. It's Monday... The game is Saturday. Not panicking too much yet but i've got a ridiculously busy week and not sure i have any other time other than now to chase. They are normally excellent getting back about stuff but i'm a wee bit worried.

Any advice?

May have been selected for the ID check pre-match - should have an email (which quite possibly has gone to spam - mine did when I got Barbered last time)

If you can use the online chat do that - just type 'agent' and a real person will respond

Just selected to produce photo ID to collect an away ticket. No drama, took no more than a few mins.
