We won 4-2 on pens(1-1 after ft)
Our pen scorers were:
4 Ransom
18 Williamson
7 Reid
9 Parsons
Our keeper was also Williamson(one pen saved, one was missed)
Our captain was Brennan

Game could easily have gone to Armagh tbf but well played lads

No. 18 (our second penalty scorer) was actually Fraser Widdop. I was very impressed with him in this tournament - he started the first group match at right CB and switched to left CB at half-time. He started this final in central midfield. He looked very calm, composed, excellent technique - and all that for a lad playing up a year (he is an U-15 this season).

No. 7 was Bode Newnham-Reeve. He is the son of Mark Reeve, who got his name mentioned on here a few months ago as manager of the Eastbourne United U-15 side.

Stanley Williamson, our 'keeper, has come up through the AFC Wimbledon academy. Suspect he is on trial with us. Think he might be an U-17 this year (so would be a 1st-year scholar) - a year older than the rest of the group.

Correct re our squad, but worth noting the tournament is for U17s so most other squads were a year older than our lads (including teams like Man Utd).
