Looks like a good higher scorer in prospect but I'm knackered, have put the Fire to Bed so I'll look at the the highlights in the morning.

What a throw by Hurts to Brown for the TD!

What a game this is! And what a comeback by the Chiefs.

Longest Punt Return of 65 yards in SB history leads to another Chiefs TD.

35-27 with 9:22 left.

Hurts connects with Smith for 46 yards, then takes the TD in himself for his 3rd TD, then takes in the 2 point conversion.

New SB record of rushing TDs.

We're tied at 35 with 5:15 to go. o_O

Dreadful call on the holding there. One of the greatest super bowl's ever ending on a massive damp squib.
Very harsh penalty which set up the FG. An amazing 2nd half by them to storm back.

Feel for Hurts who had a great game even with the fumble returned for a TD.

But Mahomes manages to get the job done despite injury.

A classic that could've gone either way.

Honestly couldn’t see Eagles losing as IMO, they have been the best team consistency wise.

Credit to Mahomes and the Kansas medical team. Hurts is a good QB, but if you keep him in the pocket and remove the mobility, he’s not effective. Great adjustments by Kansas.

That was just magnificent and well worth the effort to stay up. To see the Eagles blow a big lead in the second half was a thing of beauty.

To be honest this was almost as much as fun as watching Dallas lose.

That said it was a magnificent game, Jalen Hurts was exceptional but not exceptional enough to out do a crazy performance from a hobbled Mahomes. The pretender to the crown will have to wait a little longer to wrest the noble headgear from its current owner.

Eagles fans can bitch about the refs but the call although soft was correct, and at least Bradberry had the class to admit it after the game, but they had had the rub of the green with other decisions earlier. The truth was the Chiefs offence had a near perfect second half and the much vaunted Eagles D couldn't touch them.

Absolute belter of a game, roll on next season.
