Not their best performance but the pitch was very poor.

Only caught the second half but a frustrating watch, particularly for our attackers.

MOTM was their keeper, made several decent but not extraordinary saves to deny us.

Our number 3 kept finding himself in loads of space out wide with an opportunity to cross... Stop, cut inside, pass back every time.

Probably a fair result overall. They had us pinned back for quite long periods. Lots of wrestling and shirt-pulling, particularly from them (though our lads caught on after a while too!) Ref seemed not to mind too much at first, then a flurry of yellows in the second half. Shame we missed that penalty.

They also showed the benefit of having a GK that made saves that he possibly shouldn't. Wonder why more teams don't do that.............
