registered on the fulltilt tourney as usual. Let's just leave it as it is and not mass panic. The worst that will happen is they'll be forced out of the US market and get a hefty fine, then they will return to concentrating on the rest of the world. This has all happened before and they didn't go bust back then so they won't go bust this time. If we all start panicking and withdrawing money they might have trouble.

Only 4 of us registered so far though, need a few more!

Uninstalled the old version and re-installed FT as suggested with no problems. Withrew some cash and registered for the NSC tourney no problems. Cheers chaps, all good.
