Look mate, you posted the site, you let people know about this march - now why are you still here? Don't people have minds of their own about that stuff, enough to make their own decisions? Isn't that what speakers corner is for, letting people know, then making their minds up...... or d'ya think they NEED someone banging on their door if they're not interested?

Don't like it don't go. Simple as! The whole point of speakers corner is freedom of speech surely. If Mr GAFFERKNOWSBEST wants to listen to someone speak about this country then good luck to him.
I think it's splendid that someone is showing concern about the future of this country rather than sitting on their backsides and doing nothing.
That said, personally Ithink it's very unlikely to achieve anything positive (1.5 - 2M marched against the war in Iraq and look what good that did!) but fair play to them for standing up and taking an interest.

I just had a browse through that forum (needed an early morning laugh), and I noticed a lot of talk about events being planned for St. George's Day.
Now, maybe it's just me, but isn't it a wee bit ironic that you're using St. George's Day as a chance to presumably show how proud you are to be English and how you don't want foreigners interfering with the English culture and way of life etc... when St. George was probably Turkish (certainly wasn't English) and never set so much as a toenail on English soil?
