Zef had a gig yesterday afternoon so the entire family trooped off to the Romans in Southwick 
(interesting establishment) for Zef to sweat his ...... off making some musical entertainment. Arthur quite enjoyed himself with the pasta napoli for main and then apple sauce for pudding. Whilst we had to wait and have grilled chicken sandwiches when we got home. Chicken marinated in lime juice, coriander and light soy sauce, on sunflower bread with tomatoes and garlic mayonaise!!
