Sunday bbq

Just finished marinating my chicken pieces in honey and soy sauce. Steaks are peppered, burgers made.

I do love BBQ season.

Gas is simply grilling outside.

burgers are the best with melted cheese on top, my favourite burgers are from Aldi (wagyu meat)
makes my tongue water ( I mean mouth)

I've recently been introduced to wagyu steaks/burgers by a mate. They are very very good.

I've only had wagyu Burger from Aldi, they do it every 2 weeks I think on one of their special buys things. Never tried it from anywhere else. But yes it is delicious

Chicken thighs marinating in Jack Daniels sweet smokey glaze, pork belly slices with Chinese 5 spice, decent burgers, lots of lovely salad, corn on the cob basted with melted lime butter, Jersey Royals.

Oh....and 6 large bottles of ice cold Cobras, of which 2 have already been sunk !!!!!

Used to be a cheap cut....like Pork belly until the TV chefs made it all poncy and the shops increased the prices by 300%

Still cheap if you buy skin on and bone in then prepare it yourself.
