Can we infer from that that Sarmiento and Ayari are staying do we reckon? Or it's just partial information?
That tweet comes from a live stream that Charlie Parker-Turner did earlier today. He mentioned in it that Ayari and Sarmiento were "pushing to stay" in the squad. You can listen to the recording yourself, if you so choose:-

Prediction of how the squad will end up. Squad of 25 but with options for it to be bigger because of how many u21's we have. This isn't too dissimilar on what has been posted before.

Keepers (2) - Verbruggen; Steele (Rushworth loan out) - u21 as 3rd choice

Right Back (3) - Hinshelwood; Veltman; Lamptey (one out (Lamptey) & Ferdi in - or no outs and Veltman becomes more of a CB, or Hinsh more of a CM)

Left Back (2) - Pervis; Barco (Ferdi, Hinsh, Lamptey option)

March back up full back on both sides depending on how he comes back and depth on the wings.

Center Back (4) - Dunk; Van Hecke; Webster; Igor (Igor out Hummels in - Veltman and Pervis as CB in back 3 option). Would like a young quick left footer here but probably one for next summer.

Center Mid (5) - Weiffer; Baleba; Milner; Ayari; Moder (Moder out & O'Riley in- Dahoud, Gilmour out - Malick & Moran loan out - Hinsh, Ferdi options). Gomez in Jan & maybe Ayari loan out)

I've left Moder in as the most likely to stay if we don't get any of our targets, assuming we do want one more despite the Gruda signing. I think we're weak here without one more.

Right Wing (3) - Minteh; Gruda; March (ACD loan out - Enciso, Adingra options)

Left Wing (3) - Mitoma; Enciso; Adingra (Osman loan out - Pedro option)

Attacking Mid (0) - (Sarmiento loan out, maybe sold - Gruda, Pedro, Enciso options)

I've stuck Gruda as right wing until the March situation becomes clearer. I think he'll mainly play as a Ten.

Forward (3) - Pedro; Ferguson; Welbeck (3 - Sima out - O'Mahony loan out - Gruda, Enciso, Adingra options)

Could keep ACD because of his age. Maybe until January when March's fitness is clearer.

Decisions on some of the 'older', younger players who may not want more loans - Sarmiento, Offiah, Samuels, Turns, Weir, Hinchy.

This is pretty spot on to my ideal transfer window.. whether it will actually play out like that is another matter. If we did end up shipping out all the dead wood & loaning out lots of the youngsters, to then bring in Gruda, Kadioglu, Gomez, O’reilly, & Hummels that would be a mental transfer window. Can’t see us affording/needing/being able to complete all of them though..

Given the profit from previous seasons, potentially up to 70 mil out this season and Gross & Lallana wages we definitely can afford it. It's just whether we want to and believe those positions still need strengthening.

Geez! What a pile of rambling, hesitating and mumbling. Makes Garth Crooks sound interesting, alert, and on the button! Pretty much anyone on NSC could have said the same things too. I mean, "Rushworth and Moran will be going out on loan....." - no shit sherlock!

Hummels highly unlikely according to Naylor, who mapped out his thoughts on our best 11 today.

And Bart! The beginning looks like a Brighton Shop Window - these players are available for sale!

Interesting that he gave everyone 2 days off after Villarreal. Doubt RDZ would've done that.

Am I the only one who thinks TB & PB are giving the “V” sign to RDZ?
We have/are spending decent money and are investing in quality players that can really make a difference.
IMO, the mindset has changed with the new manager and we are looking good.

More a case of ‘you see Roberto, if you’d been a bit more patient and listened to what we told you all this could have been yours. Instead you pissed your pants because I wouldn’t chuck money at expensive players that don’t fit my strategy’. Mindset hasn’t changed at all, we’d have done this if he was still here and acting sensibly.
