Suitable replacements for Crofts

Who do you reckon would be a suitable replacement ? I know we are linked with Prutton but i dont really see him as a leader neither do i with Gary Dicker or Alan Navarro .

And quickly off this subject Leon Mckenzie has been released by Charlton , what do you think

Then we need someone with a bit of creativity to open teams up. But we needed that anyway even with Crofts here, so that hasn't changed.

Not sure how a midfielder who doesn't score is going to be an improvement when we've just lost our only central midfielder who can score
