In a pile of football shirts
I think I heard some other teams fans singing 'Just Can't get Enough' ealrier in the week, I don;t get it, why just copy what some other team has done?

Comon chaps, think of something original

Great, I can see loads of mid 40's/ 50 year olds singing along to that pop classic:facepalm:

A real North Stand anthem:bigwave:

A Virgin's suggestion

Comon chaps, think of something original

How about:

I will follow them
Follow them wherever they may go,
And near them, I always will be
For nothing can keep me away,
They are my Brighton.

I will follow them,
Ever since the Goldstone I knew,
There isn't an ocean too deep,
A mountain so high it can keep,
Keep me away, away from Brighton.

I love them, I love them, I love them,
And where they go,
I'll follow, I'll follow, I'll follow.
They will always be my Brighton, my Brighton, my Brighton
from now until forever, forever, forever

Or how about:

What the hell you fighting for?
Just surrender and it won't hurt at all
You just got time to say your prayers
While your waiting for the Palarse to, Palarse to fall

To Queen's classic anthem:

Just makes me think of Sister Act, with Whoopi Goldberg leading the choir of nuns :lolol:

Actually, disregard the Sister Act comment, I said that after listening to the Peggy March version. I do like the one with the US fans singing, that's sung a lot at European club matches I think. I like it even more because of the puzzled expressions on the faces of the passers by, given that there isn't much of a singing culture in most American sports.

Skip past the first few seconds of this clip and you will see it has already been done by a number of clubs, including at least one scummy South London team. Sounds best when including the lyrics "and we support the Young Boys, the Young Boys, the Young Boys/and that's the way we like it....etc"

Yes...Finally a decent-ish song that does not already appear to be sung in this country. So, let's be the first and get it going.

Failing that we could just sing Sussex-By-The-Sea properly.

Albion & England forever.
