Make sure you listen to his Illinois and Michigan albums they are a bigger sound then his recent album, also he released the best Christmas album ever with reworkings of all the classic Christmas based songs.

Missed out on the UK tickets, so revealed my wish to see him somewhere, meaning the girlfriend bought us tickets for his show in Lyon. Flights cheap and 2 nights there affordable. Should be well worth it to see that little maestro in action. Should Have Known Better might send me over the edge at some point.

Good choice though - Lyon is a gorgeous city. Think you've got a good deal there

I haven't listened to any of his albums (not sure why) since Illinois, which I really liked. I presume the ones I've missed out on are worth checking out?
