Football is a passionate sport and these are indeed passionate times for the Albion, a club at the crossroads.

Personally, I'd much rather have a phone in hosted by a supporter who knows this club inside out and can relate to the fans, rather than some faceless radio non-entity.

My only issue though is that Harty picks a topic/agenda for each show. I understand he wants topics for people to call in on but surely after a game there is already 90 minutes of football to be discussed If there are other things people want to bring up, then let them but don't talk people down because they don't want to mention one of the preferred topics of the day

If you feel so strongly that the programme is shite, why listen? If Harty is driven off the air by constant sniping who's to say the whole thing won't just get dropped and then none of us will have the option to listen? Yes the programme is a bit hit and miss but I enjoy listening (or not as the reception seems to vary dramatically) on the drive back to Worthing. Like all radio programmes sometimes it's interesting other times not but it is about the Albion and the stories that surround it. Keep going Harty.

For those that don't like it, then put on 606 or Talk Sport or just listen to your mp3.

On another note, as someone who is obliged to listen on Seagulls World more often than not I'd like to congratulate Hawsey on being a top class commentator, really conveys what's going on on the pitch really well with little bias. Guess the lack of bias has something to do with him being a Swindon rather than a Brighton fan. Good work Hawsey
