Strange Smell over Newhaven

Has any fellow Newhaven resident experienced a smell of manure in the air all day? Was there when I left for work and is still there on return

As long as they have the dosing correct then it should barely smell at all.

Have the same up in Reading as many people think the smell is the sewage works when it's actually the dump (recycling centre as it's been rebranding)
