strange request.....BT phone numer?

This may seem a strange request....but i need to SPEAK to someone at BT about my bill.

I cant find the phone number to ring ANYWHERE on thier website.

Can anyone help? Oh yeah....and i need to ring them from my mobile....not a BT line.

After clicking through 5 million sub-options it finaly gave me an actual number....heres hoping i get through to a human!!!!

ringing from a mobile/non BT landline to BT customer service is normally available by dialling 0800 800150 but it wont be free from a mobile.

IN 2006 i had 23 phonecalls to get the hole filled that appeared infront of my drive by BT sub contrators whilst out shopping. Did finally get £150 compensation!!!

Just a quick update....after calling about 10 different numbers and scoosing from hundreds of different options...i never did get to speak to a human.A

And gave up.

A friend of mine was recently contracted to redesign BT's bills and other postal communications, to make them clearer and more informative. Customers had complained they couldn't understand parts of them, and couldn't find the information they needed very easily. She doesn't use BT, so when she came to our house last month she asked to look at our bill to see what they had done with her work. She was appalled to see that they had only managed a few of the more minor tweaks she had suggested, and failed completely to change to worst bits.

I had similar problem, Junior. I've moved into the only house in the UK with no phone line or TV aerial. I wanted to call BT to find out how much it would be to get a line installed but spent half a day trying to get a basic customer sales number. Idiots

.
