Strange pie question

I don't know the answer, I'm sorry.

But, it's not going to be a low number, and, I don't think any kind of pie fits well into a weight-loss diet, so I would just steer clear.

Sorry for the boring reply, just trying to help lose the pounds...

They can do. I still eat pies, burgers, pizza etc and I've lost a fair bit. The important thing is not to serve shitty food but to be aware of exactly how shitty it is and not to over indulge. A pie once a week won't make you fat, but combine it with other shit food the rest of the week and you will get fat. I find if you prohibit yourself a food, it just makes you miss it and want it more.

Ah - so that's where i've been going wrong!! I love my pie and pint at the Amex. Perhaps the rest of the week will have to change.

I've lost half a stone, and another stone to go......

They will have shedloads of calories, salt, sugar, saturated fats etc. Can I suggest that if you are thinking about watching the calories you eat you are probably off to a bad start if yo uare even considering eating pies, suppled by the Amex or not

Also can I add that cutting back on pies will make you lose weight, of course if you eat 5 pies a week and cut that down to 2 you will lose weight but may I bring to your attention it's not just about cutting calories, it's about eating the right foods. Good luck to those losing weight though, just eat good food and not much of it.
