I've got used to the bizarre NSC ads, which seem to have nothing to do with my browsing habits, but there's a particular weird one right now.

I'm getting an ad for the Subway at Moulsecoomb. That's not too strange (although I've never eaten at Subway or searched for it online, it is less than a mile away) but what is baffling is that the ad is entirely in French.

I can't get my head around that one.

I would help on this but it is vitally important that I look at a bunch of ladies who are older than they used to be and therefore look less attractive than they were according to how society has conditioned me to perceive feminine beauty.

I worry as I will not be able to believe some of them apparently.

Browsing from a work device through a VPN? My laptop sometimes thinks it's in France or the Netherlands.

I don't have VPN.

I get lots of ads in foreign languages - I had a Polish TV licence reminder for months, an Italian car ad, one in a language I couldn't identify and several in French, German and Dutch,

I do read French and German and look at websites in these languages occasionally but don't know the others. However, I also look at Welsh websites and have never been served an ad in Welsh :lolol:

I have one for etorro at the moment. I've seen their name everywhere and even had a hospitality package courtesy of a twitter competition they ran alongside the club. Sadly I still have absolutely no idea who they are or what they do.

Dwarf porn ads keep popping up on my tablet.
I cant decide whether I'm happy or bashful about it

And now I'm getting an advert for the local children's hospital, but in Spanish:-
