Well our work carpark in Surbiton is flooding fast, and is up past the door sills on the cars on the far side. Evacuation of motors to higher ground is underway!
Got to make a judgement call now as my car is currently nice a safe but it's near the exit that is flooding so I might not be able to get out.

London has disappeared. Ten minutes to midday in the middle of July. Pitch black here in Victoria, absolutely throwing it down. There goes a lady's brolly inside out. Street lights on. Cars with headlights on. Am right over Victoria station and cannot see the trains at all.12.05 = Now really loud thunder and lightning. (We can hear it rainingand we're behind triple glazing bomb proofed glass!)

Roads now flooding - may need a sumbarine to get home rather than a train
