Scott Dann just tried cynically to take De Bruin out and the Palace player is now being stretchered off with what looks like a nasty knee injury.
I hope no one injures De Bruine because he is a joy to watch, he really is.

Should have refused a stretcher until they'd fully paid the outstanding debt

Certainly making it hard for City. They’re not letting them boss it.

Kevin de Bruyne is his name.

Palace are actually attempting to play against City, and they're doing very well. Last season, every team played against them and they didn't have a proper goalkeeper so it was possible to beat them. This season, they've been spectacular but it's been quite easy for them because teams haven't really had a go at them. Today, Palace are getting amongst them and not letting them play their passes around them, so it's breaking down a bit and that's why Sane and de Bruyne were having a little tiff.

We had a decent go against them as well to be fair, and if Duffy's second half shot had gone in rather than wide, who knows how the game would have gone.

When did we have a decent go at them? The first game of the season?

Not really. We allowed them free run up to about 30-40 yards to our goal and then asked them to pass through 10 players. Tend to think the top 6 will always score in simuated training exercises like that the amazement is that it took to 70mins.

Palace showed how it could be done in exposing the myth of unbeatable City but none of this is rocket science as Bournemouth also did it earlier in the season.

You just pray that Hughton will study these DVDs and compare it with our own efforts. He built a team that attacks and the 180 handbreak turn of deep defending and possession football is too much for these players I feel

It's not a myth as they're unbeaten :)

Dive, put their best player out of the game if you can, seems the best way.
