Albion's match against Stoke on Saturday 5th November will not be all-ticket. There are no advanced tickets for this match, but the capacity in the away end at the Britannia Stadium is over 4,500.

Entry via the turnstiles will be priced as follows:

Adults: £19.00
Over 65s: £12.00
Under 17s: £12.00
Under 11s: £9.00

Stoke City are running a local offer for reduced entry prices for home fans, but this is not available to Albion supporters.

Fuckin' hell. Is this legal? Should we not just pile into the home end and save ourselves 47% on our match ticket cost?

This is bloody outrageous.

There a thread on this in the ask the club section. Apparently someone is looking into it.

Didn't Stoke run a ticket offer when we played them in 2003? Those reduced prices were available to everyone, which led to us taking quite a few supporters up there for a mid-week game.

Why on earth do the clayheads now think they can get away with ripping us off? Flipping north midlanders trying to rip off us Southern types, it's practically racialist!

Better polish up your Stokie accents. "Eh up duck, me and mar lady decided to come down Stoke this afternoon to watch the nogger. Dost tha know where ah can get meself an oatie?"

I remember at Bath when Brizzle Rovers played ther I could have paid 15 quid or something to go in with the Albion or a QUID to go in the home end. Going in the home end to watch a shit game lost to a Peter Beable goal is not a laugh.

we got corporate hospitality at Stoke last season for £40 I think.

That was a meal which was ok, meet their legends who were homophobic OAPs, proogramme and team sheet, seat in main stand (padded - nice) and after martch presentations which we missed as we were feeling rather unsporting due to the referee giving two nothing penalties.

All in the home bit this year then:eek:

The top post is from the club website. Apart from the 'fuckin' hell...' bit.

So have the club accepted that Stoke are allowed to do this then?

It's a f***ing disgrace if the league have changed the rules.

They cant do that - has to be same price for everyone

Not true, there is a new rule where a club can nominate one game a season (I think) and charge lower prices, which do not have to be passed on to away fans.

I asked the insider a while back about this and his response was that the club would look into it and an announcement would be made shortly.

Some announcement :censored:

My post from ask the club:

This game has is a reduced price for Home Fans only.

http://www.stokecityfc.premiumtv.co...,,10310,00.html

Stoke fans will pay £10 / £5 Concessions

Where as

Albion fans will pay £19 / £12 Concessions (£9 under 11's)

As I understand it every league club is able to nominate 1 game a year as a 'reduced ticket game'. Is this a new rule?

Were Albion aware of this and were they aware that Stoke were operating this policy for our game?

What is to stop Brighton fans paying £10 and sitting in the 'home end'?

On this note are people seriously considering going in the Stoke end?

Its a stupid rule - I really don't see the point in it....
Fans should always be charged the same prices for the same game, in equivalent areas...

Whereas at Reading, the away fans should charge YOU for supplying the atmosphere....
