I’m not a fan of Moder or Facundo on the flank so hopefully this will be the formation.

Interesting bench.

Hinchy in there when Dahoud is supposedly available is a shock, not looking good for Mo.

Peupion named in a squad for us, so that's his second club of the season, ruling out another loan?

Summer signing Mahmoud Dahoud didn't travel.
De Zerbi said yesterday: "I have already spoken to him a lot of times. I expect more and more from him. More quality, personality, energy, enthusiasm. I was clear with him."
From Naylor.
That's him out on loan then.

don't know much about Stoke City but I have just looked at their team today and the one that played on Monday. They have made wholesale changes, including the keeper

That’s surely curtains for Dahoud

Only if he plays. I believe the rule is you have to actually play for the team so if he’s a non playing sub he can still go out on loan.

As previously mentioned there are options even if he does play like Norway, Sweden or the MLS as their seasons start in Feb/April and aren’t considered the same season as we are currently in.

A loan, at this point in his career, would probably be a loan looking to make a permanent move, no?
Yes.... let him stabilise his value with a decent half season in a less demanding league, then take the money.

As suspected going for it with a break ahead. Very strong considering. Trust RDZ re Dahoud. The personality comment rings true - just seems to have no aura about him.
