I know what you mean, I feel that about Lamptey too. Both technically lacking a bit. The fact that RDZ has more faith in Gross at full back in this team says a lot.

Dunk looks like a novice at times tonight.
We seem to avoid giving it to Van Heke and Dunk gets every pass from Steele but under pressure is giving it away. Really out of character.

He struggles on the left under RDZ. He's being asked to do SO much. Basically be the playmaker and the defensive CB. Still pulls off worldie assists. Ultimately it'll be a walk in the park for him with Colwill back on the left.

It’s exactly what happened in the Leicester game. We were noticably avoiding passing to Van Hecke then too.

Our biggest issue is players like Dunk and Lamptey constantly slipping over. Stoke might get a sniff if we keep ending up on our arses.

One day we will be as shite as Stoke in all probability. We've spent most of our history being shitter than Stoke, that's for sure.

Not sure why I'm saying this. I think it's because sometimes I still find it hard to believe that we are one of the best in the country with several world class players.

Just thought exactly the same. It’s immaculate.

Takes me back to my playing days as a forward and endless coaching sessions teaching you to play with your back to goal - hours of boring repetive drills when all you wanted was shooting practise! By the looks of it, Ferguson never missed those drills!
