It's funny how I can sympathise entirely with Stockport in this situation of having to sell all their decent players, yet do nothing but laugh out loud at Pompey's similar predicament

Leaving aside the fact that it's Pompey we're talking about, the circumstances are very different from Stockport too. Pompey CHEATED their way to winning the FA Cup by spending money on players that they simply didn't have. It was always going to end in tears for Pompey once the investors decided to stop putting money in and they never even attempted to build a sustainable business. Still feel a bit sorry for the fans, but the club deserves everything it gets.

Whilst I too like Stockport - proper club and all that, is it wrong that I'm allowing myself a little smilie that they will be losing a load of their best players between the date we were originally supposed to play them, and the date that we actually will...?
