Still not taken 2nd payment for st

is it just me who's still only had 1st payment taken out so far?

have rung ticket office on countless occasions and been told it'll be taken in a "few" days - and as if by magic it's still in the bank!!!

Mine came out yesterday (5th) was supposed to be taken out on 28th of last month.

They also took £85 instead what I thought was supposed to be £80

Pointless thread really, me, you and everyone else all know that at some point, all of the money will be paid.
