Agree. I was quite annoyed he went to Sheff Utd, though in those days we really were SKINT.

Afraid I wasn't. Always thought he was vastly overrated. Not in the same class as the likes of Penny.

One of my favourite players but if NSC is to be believed, then "Steve Penney on our wing" was signed instead of Ian Wright. If true then who said this club shooting itself in the foot started with the Glenn Murray /CMS decision !?
