I was drinking with a mate who's a die-hard Villa fan. He's convinced that they're going to spend big next year and went on about the need to buy a striker. I posted about this a couple of days ago but I still can't get my head around this: the team has more strikers than ASLEF, what's the point of buying more when you have players on big money who can't make the team?
