About 500 train spotters at York mid morning with a steam train on a special run.

Where I used to work in Victoria, the orient express went right underneath our office .. it was quite scary the first time, with all that billowing smoke blowing up past the windows

On the topic of Preston Park Station - I can only assume they are going to knock it down shortly as it doesn't seem to appear on Southerns new timetable, in effect from today (I suspect my assumption is wrong though)
