I know, I know. I am a bit of a sad git, but for hobbyist gambling purposes sometimes stuff like this comes in handy. Thought some of you might find some of this interesting.

Here is Shot stats from last season. Notice our % of Goals to shots on target. I will post this seasons by comparison in a moment. We certainly seem to be fairly ruthless in front of goal.

This is Goals scored as a ratio to shots on target.

Agreed . Crikey you wait until I post the defensive stats then. Jesus. There really are some surprises.

According to my stats thus far this season. Derby have far and away the best Goalkeeper. Well I did say I was a sad git.

True. I also read into it , that whilst we do not create anywhere near as many chances as others. The chances we do create are possibly more clear cut / better quality of opportunity.

Its a little bit like when Arsenal try and walk the ball into the net, and all the fans are screaming "shooooooooot!", we don't shoot until we are pretty sure we will score. In the sam way that we don't just launch hopeful long balls forward. Its a kind of conservative aggression! Go excel
